Terms of Use
These terms set out the basic conditions for using our artworks, workshops, and member services.
1. SCOPE
These terms apply to the website, artwork sales, workshops, and member services provided by saizoai. Conditions displayed on an individual page take precedence where applicable.
2. ORDERS / CONTRACT FORMATION
An order or workshop booking becomes binding when the required information and payment are completed. Minors must obtain consent from a parent or guardian.
3. MEMBER ACCOUNTS
Member authentication and the Secret Gallery are managed through the existing Wix member system. Current login details remain valid. Users must manage account information securely and must not lend or transfer it to third parties.
4. WORKSHOP CHANGES / CANCELLATION
Cancellation and refund conditions are stated in the Commercial Disclosure and on each workshop page. Dates or content may change, or an event may be cancelled, due to disaster, communication failure, instructor illness, or other unavoidable circumstances. A full refund is provided if cancelled by the organiser.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Rights in the text, images, workshop materials, video, and other content on this site belong to saizoai or their lawful owners. Reproduction, republication, distribution, sale, public transmission, or use as training data beyond private use is prohibited without prior written permission.
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
- Conduct that violates law or public order
- Infringement of another person's rights or privacy
- Interference with service operation or unauthorised access
- Unauthorised recording, filming, screen capture, or sharing of workshop materials
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Wix, Square, and other third-party services are used for authentication, registration, and payment. Their terms and privacy policies apply on external pages.
8. DISCLAIMER / LIABILITY
saizoai takes reasonable steps to provide accurate and stable services. To the extent permitted by law, saizoai is not liable for loss caused by a user's communication environment, third-party service failure, or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits rights under Japan's Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory law.
9. GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Japanese law. To the extent permitted by law, the Hakodate District Court has exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes relating to the service.
